Is your shopping cart secure?
Our online shopping cart uses the most advanced security available on the internet.
Not only that, your credit card information is never stored in an online database. Our system takes your card number and breaks it into two distinct parts. Only our ordering department is able to put those two pieces together. As soon as your card is verified, all records of your card are erased from our system.

I have ordered dishes, but they haven't arrived yet.
Yum Yum Dish orders are processed daily. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, be advised that your order will ship the next business day.

Are orders shipped daily?
All orders received by 12:00 noon EST are shipped on the day they are received. Orders placed after that time are processed the following day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays are filled on the next business day. All orders are subject to USPO shipping schedule (weekends & holidays etc).
2. Questions about the Dishes
Are the dishes safe for the dishwasher?
Yum Yum Dishes are perfectly safe for the dishwasher and the microwave. However, like most ceramic products, these little guys will last longer if you handwash. Some 'crazing' of the top glaze may appear over time if you subject your Yum Yum Dishes to heat applications on a continuous basis.
Do I need to be concerned about LEAD?
Great questions! Yum Yum Dishes are made in China. Before shipping to the United States, the dishes are CCIB tested to ensure that there is no lead in the clay or color glazes. Similar spot-check testing is conducted in the United States.
3. Return Policy
I have a broken dish
Email or call us within 14 days of placing your order. Use the yumyumdishes@gmail.com address for faster service. Or we can be reached at (828) 749-3138. Your broken dish will be replaced immediately. Please save your broken dish should it be needed for the USPO Claims process.
I need to return my order
Yum Yum Dishes can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as they are not damaged. Please send dishes to Blue Kangaroo 790 Thompson Road, Saluda, NC 28773 along with the order number and your name and return address.
